Rosewood relied entirely on referrals and a single paid job-board subscription to find carers, with no way for families to reach them outside office hours.
What we built
A built-in recruitment panel syndicating live vacancies to Google for Jobs, plus an always-on enquiry form that routes straight to the on-call manager's inbox.
