Do I own my website and content?

Yes. Your content is yours. If you ever choose to leave, we help you take it with you — no ransom, no lock-in.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No fixed contract. The £50 a month for hosting and support is a rolling monthly agreement you can cancel at any time.

What if I already have a website?

We transfer your existing content and domain across as part of the £500 build. You keep the same web address and lose nothing.

How quickly can I be up and running?

Typically two to three weeks from signing off content, depending on how quickly we can collect your photos and information.

Who handles updates and changes?

We do. Email us what you would like changed — a new staff member, an updated service, fresh photos — and it is handled inside your monthly support.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None. If you can send an email, you can work with us. The one thing you get access to is a simple back office for posting jobs and news.

What about GDPR and data protection?

Every site includes cookie consent, an accessibility statement, and a privacy policy written for care providers. We are ICO registered and handle data in line with UK GDPR.

Is the jobs board really included?

Yes — no per-listing cost and no monthly job-board fee, for as long as you are with us. Applications come straight to you, with no intermediary taking a cut.
